Sky Nepal Travel follows the relative airlines policy for this. Most of the airlines do not have the cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours of issuance of the tickets. Any cancellation, postponement or flight change of the confirmed flight tickets are applied airline rules.

All travelers are recommended to purchase their travel insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to any reason or illness prior to or during the trip. We recommend purchasing the insurance within 24hours of the flight issuance. If a traveler becomes ill during a trip, all expenses like emergency evacuation, hospital and medical bills are the traveler’s responsibility and they shall not be eligible to any refund, either total or partial, of package cost paid.We will provide a complete benefit upon confirmations.

Force majeure

If a trip is canceled due to force majeure (acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.), Sky Nepal will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost. However, we cannot guarantee recovery of any or all of the advance payments made, and our use of best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions.
